All this talk about the future of humanity in terms of our treatment towards one another…We question how to regulate a blog for freedom of speech, yet guided by respectable behaviour. We wonder if we will receive truly free press coverage in future media News paradigms. Well, I recently watched the film called ‘Earthlings’ on Google Videos and my perception took a major yet relevant detour.
Are we human beings the centre of the Universe? We sure think we are. After seeing how we as a race complicity take part in the treatment of animals for food, clothing, as pets, entertainment and medical testing, I have to reconsider my faith in our collective community. If we can’t treat the other species of our planet with due respect, what chance do we really have of ever evolving to a communal psychological and spiritual level where enough integrity has been attained to even bother discussing how we receive our News or treat one another via blog communication?
